Orders placed on a client ordering system or e-commerce site are electronically interfaced to CPG, to pick, pack and despatch the order direct to retailer or to the end customer within the UK or internationally.

We understand that the continuation of your brand is key, extending this through to customised email templates and delivery notes, so your customers brand experience is maintained. A despatch confirmation email and interactive SMS delivery texts provide the visibility that your customers need, to know the current status of their order, when and where they are going to receive it.

Clients retain visibility of the order status through daily despatch confirmation files and tracking information coupled with an extensive range of reports which are customisable, so they can suit  specific requirements, however complex.
